Cancellation

The hotel reservation service is free. In the event of you cancelling your hotel reservation however, we are obliged to impose a cancellation fee.
The company operates the following cancellation policy:

• All cancellations and changes made to your reservation up to 21 days before the first date of your reservation will incur a charge of $25.
• All cancellations and changes made to your reservation between 20 and 4 days before the first date of your reservation will incur a charge of $50.
• All cancellations and changes made to your reservation within 3 days of the first date of your reservation mean that your payment will not be refunded.
